Strukturanalyse, økonomi og modellutvikling (STRØM) : sluttrapport

This report gives a brief description of the project STRØM (Structure Analysis, Economy and Model Development) and its contributions to the Norwegian defence planning. The STRØM project has been one out of six projects, co-organised in the Program for Defence Analysis (PFA-03). The report gives a brief overview of the results from the project itself and the related contributions to the PFA-03 activities. The most important result is improvement of the KOSTMOD database and model. Other results are improvement of scenarios and planning situations and a test of using multi criteria decision analysis to choose among alternative force structures. Furthermore, the report gives a short summary of the working process and lessons learned.
