Samarbeid mellom Forsvaret og industrien innen programområdet INI

This report is focused on the Defence Information and Communication infrastructure (INI). The Ministry of Defence Policy guidelines are quite ambitious regarding the further development of INI, and focus on the importance of centralized management. The Defence Organisations responsible are diversified, and the roles and authority seems diffuse. The national industries have been heavily involved in development of the legacy, and should be further used in developing the legacy for the future. The Defence Forces and Industry possesses complementary competence, and for some niches a long-term agreement between the parties is regarded as a future-oriented solution. The legal opportunity set is described along with possible initiatives.
