Life cycle stages and human resources development are central terms in personnel management. The first part of the report deals with life cycle stages and personnel management as terms and background in Norway. The second part presents in general areas for practising personnel management in different life cycle stages, while the third part presents examples of personnel management practised at FFI and the working group’s suggestion of four main priority areas.
