Arbeidet med "Sjef fellesoperativt hovedkvarters kampanjeplan for konseptutvikling og eksperimentering" i Prosjekt METEX ved FFI

The METEX project at FFI has assisted the NJHQ in their development of the first edition of a national campaign plan for concept development and experimentation. This report consists of a complete version of this campaign plan in addition to a short description of the process that generated the campaign plan. The campaign plan explains the strategy that shall guide experimentation in the next years and it describes the roles and tasks of the different services in the CD&E process.
