VBIED Tool - et verktøy for estimering av trussel fra en bilbombe

VBIED Tool is a toolbox designed to estimate the threat and damagepoential of a Vehicle Borne Improvised Explosive Device (VBIED). The purpose of the toolbox is to gather data from performed full-scale tests and through the use of simple assumptions extend the data to charges outside the original scope of the tests. The toolbox can be used as a part of a larger analysis, by exporting data for further processing in other software suites, or as a stand-alone vulnerability analysis tool. This report briefly explains the use of the program and the methods used to perform the necessary calculations. The final chapter is devoted to a brief comparison of the different methods used.
